BINDING AGREEMENT & CONDITION OF ENTRY
By purchasing a ticket (online or at the door), entering, attending, or participating in any CO RAGERS LLC event (the “Event”), you expressly acknowledge and agree that:
* This is a private entertainment event
* Your attendance is voluntary
* You have read, understood, and agreed to ALL terms herein
* Ticket purchase (online OR physical/door purchase) constitutes full acceptance of this Agreement
* Your presence at the Event constitutes a legally binding agreement
Failure to comply with any provision may result in denial of entry, immediate removal, permanent ban, and/or law enforcement involvement WITHOUT REFUND.
This Agreement is intended to be as broad, enforceable, and protective as permitted under applicable law.

1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK
Attendance at the Event involves inherent, known, and unknown risks, including but not limited to:
* Loud music, amplified sound, bass vibration
* Strobe lights, lasers, flashing lighting effects
* Fog, haze, smoke, and atmospheric effects
* Large crowds, pushing, shoving, physical contact
* Slip, trip, fall hazards, uneven or dark surfaces
* Wet, slippery surfaces due to foam and liquids
* Reduced visibility caused by foam accumulation
* Collisions with other attendees in foam areas
* Weather conditions and environmental factors
* Actions, negligence, or misconduct of attendees, staff, performers, or third parties
You knowingly, voluntarily, and expressly assume ALL risks, whether foreseeable or unforeseeable, including risk of:
* Injury, illness, disability, or death
* Property loss or damage

2. NO DUTY OF CARE / NO GUARANTEE OF SAFETY
CO RAGERS LLC does NOT guarantee your safety.
You expressly acknowledge:
* CO RAGERS LLC has no duty to supervise, protect, or control attendees or third parties
* Security measures are discretionary, not guaranteed
* Attendance is at your own risk at all times

3. AGE POLICY — STRICTLY 18+
* Event is STRICTLY 18+
* Valid government-issued ID required
* Under 18 = denied entry WITHOUT REFUND
* Fake ID = possible law enforcement involvement

4. PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY
You are solely responsible for:
* Your actions, conduct, and decisions
* Your physical and mental condition
* Your personal belongings
CO RAGERS LLC is NOT responsible for:
* Lost, stolen, or damaged property
* Personal disputes between attendees

5. ALCOHOL & SUBSTANCE DISCLAIMER
* CO RAGERS LLC does NOT sell or supply alcohol
* Alcohol is the responsibility of the licensed venue and/or attendee
* Event is NOT BYOB unless explicitly stated
You acknowledge:
* Under 21 = NO alcohol consumption
* Illegal drugs = STRICTLY PROHIBITED
CO RAGERS LLC assumes ZERO liability for:
* Alcohol consumption
* Over-intoxication
* Substance-related incidents

6. ZERO TOLERANCE — MINORS, INTOXICATION & ILLEGAL ACTIVITY
* Minor + alcohol = immediate removal + possible law enforcement
* Providing alcohol to minors = full legal liability on individual
* Excessive intoxication = removal WITHOUT REFUND

7. SECURITY, SEARCH & ENTRY CONSENT
By entering, you consent to:
* ID verification
* Bag checks
* Metal detection
* Pat-downs
Security has absolute discretion to:
* Deny entry
* Remove any individual at any time
No explanation required.

8. PROHIBITED ITEMS
Strictly prohibited:
* Weapons
* Illegal substances
* Outside alcohol
* Glass containers
* Fireworks / explosives
* Large bags / backpacks
* Any dangerous or unlawful item
Violation may result in:
* Immediate removal
* Permanent ban
* Law enforcement involvement

9. CONDUCT & BEHAVIOR POLICY
Zero tolerance for:
* Aggressive or violent behavior
* Harassment or unwanted contact
* Unsafe conduct in foam areas (including running or reckless movement)
* Non-compliance with staff
Failure to comply = immediate removal WITHOUT REFUND

10. FOAM-SPECIFIC SAFETY RULES
You expressly acknowledge:
* Foam creates slippery, unstable, and hazardous conditions
* Visibility may be significantly reduced
* Movement within foam areas increases risk of collision and injury
You agree:
* Do NOT run in foam areas
* Follow all staff and safety instructions
* Assume all risks related to foam exposure and conditions

11. EJECTION, BAN & TRESPASS ENFORCEMENT
CO RAGERS LLC reserves the right to:
* Remove any individual at any time
* Issue permanent bans
Re-entry after removal = criminal trespassing
Law enforcement may be contacted immediately.

12. CAPACITY LIMITS & ENTRY NOT GUARANTEED
* Entry subject to capacity limits
* Ticket ≠ guaranteed entry once capacity is reached
No refunds for:
* Capacity limits
* Lines or wait times

13. FORCE MAJEURE / EVENT DISRUPTION
CO RAGERS LLC is NOT liable for:
* Shutdowns by law enforcement
* Fire marshal closures
* Power outages
* Emergencies
All tickets:
→ Automatically roll over to a future event date

14. THIRD-PARTY ACTIONS DISCLAIMER
CO RAGERS LLC is NOT responsible for:
* Attendees
* Performers / DJs / vendors
* Venue staff or contractors
You assume all risk from third-party interactions.

15. TRANSPORTATION & OFF-SITE LIABILITY
CO RAGERS LLC is NOT responsible for:
* Travel to/from event
* Pre/post-event activity
* Off-site incidents

16. MEDICAL & HEALTH ACKNOWLEDGMENT
You acknowledge:
* Event includes intense sound, lighting, and foam conditions
* You are responsible for determining your ability to attend
CO RAGERS LLC has no obligation to provide medical care.
You are financially responsible for any medical treatment required.

17. ADULT ENVIRONMENT DISCLOSURE
Event may include:
* Explicit music
* Suggestive behavior
* High-energy nightlife environment
Attendance = acceptance.

18. MEDIA RELEASE (IRREVOCABLE)
By entering, you grant CO RAGERS LLC:
* Full rights to record your likeness
* Use for promotional/commercial purposes
No compensation provided.

19. SURVEILLANCE & LAW ENFORCEMENT
* Event may be under video surveillance
* CO RAGERS LLC may cooperate fully with law enforcement

20. REFUND POLICY (STRICT)
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
No refunds for any reason, including:
* Removal or denied entry
* Capacity limits
* Lineup changes
* Event disruption
* Personal dissatisfaction

21. LIABILITY WAIVER & INDEMNIFICATION
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you:
* Release CO RAGERS LLC from ALL claims
* Agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless CO RAGERS LLC from any claims arising from your attendance

* All disputes resolved via binding arbitration

23. SEVERABILITY

* This is a legally binding agreement
