BINDING CONDITIONS OF ENTRY & TICKET PURCHASE By purchasing, receiving, possessing, presenting, transferring, or using a ticket, or by entering, attending, or participating in this event, you acknowledge and agree to these Conditions of Entry. For purposes of these terms, Denver Partys, Coco Bongos Nightclub, venue ownership and management, promoters, contractors, security personnel, employees, agents, vendors, performers, DJs, photographers, production personnel, representatives, and affiliated parties may collectively be referred to as the “Event Parties.” Attendance is voluntary. These terms apply before, during, and after attendance where reasonably related to the Event. ⸻ 1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK Nightlife and live entertainment environments involve inherent and unavoidable risks. These may include, without limitation: • Dense crowds • Loud music and intense sound • Flashing, moving, or strobe lighting • Fog, haze, lasers, or visual effects • Dancing and prolonged standing • Slips, trips, falls, or collisions • Contact with other attendees • Actions of third parties • Lost or damaged property • Transportation-related risks • Illness, injury, or other unforeseen incidents By attending, you voluntarily assume the ordinary risks reasonably associated with attending a nightclub and live entertainment event. Security measures reduce risk but cannot eliminate every possible risk or prevent every action of another person. Nothing in these terms eliminates any duty or right that cannot legally be waived under applicable law. ⸻ 2. STRICT 18+ AGE POLICY This Event is STRICTLY 18+. Valid government-issued photo identification may be required. Entry may be denied when age or identity cannot reasonably be verified. Using or attempting to use: • Fake identification • Altered identification • Borrowed identification • Fraudulent identification • Another person’s identification may result in denied entry, removal, confiscation where permitted, and/or referral to appropriate authorities. NO REFUND will be issued for failure to meet age or identification requirements. ⸻ 3. TICKETS / ADMISSION A valid ticket does not guarantee immediate entry. Admission remains subject to: • Venue capacity • Fire-code limitations • Identification requirements • Security screening • Compliance with venue rules • Compliance with Event policies • Applicable law • Safety considerations Tickets suspected of duplication, fraud, unauthorized resale, chargeback abuse, alteration, or other misuse may be invalidated. ⸻ 4. ALL SALES FINAL — NO REFUNDS ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL EXCEPT WHERE OTHERWISE REQUIRED BY APPLICABLE LAW. Once purchased, tickets are NON-REFUNDABLE. Refunds will not be issued because of: • Change of personal plans • Failure to attend • Arriving late • Transportation problems • Parking issues • Wait times or lines • Failure to bring valid identification • Being under the required age • Failure to comply with dress, conduct, safety, or entry policies • Refusal to submit to required security screening • Denied admission for violation of Event or venue rules • Removal or ejection from the Event • Intoxication • Fighting, threatening behavior, harassment, or disorderly conduct • Lost, stolen, misplaced, or unused tickets • Artist, DJ, performer, schedule, production, or programming changes • Personal dissatisfaction with the Event • Temporary interruptions • Early departure • Incidents caused by third parties • Weather or transportation conditions that do not result in cancellation of the Event PURCHASING A TICKET MEANS YOU ACCEPT THIS NO-REFUND POLICY. If the Event is cancelled, postponed, relocated, or materially changed, any refund, credit, transfer, or replacement policy will be determined by Denver Partys, the ticketing provider, venue requirements, and applicable law. ⸻ 5. ALCOHOL & SUBSTANCE POLICY Denver Partys does not independently sell, furnish, or serve alcohol unless legally authorized to do so. Alcohol service at Coco Bongos Nightclub is controlled by the venue and/or properly authorized alcohol-service personnel. 21+ ONLY FOR ALCOHOL. Persons under 21 may not purchase, possess, or consume alcohol. Providing alcohol to anyone under 21 is prohibited. Outside alcohol is prohibited unless specifically authorized. Illegal drugs and unlawfully possessed controlled substances are prohibited. Individuals remain responsible for their own decisions, conduct, and consumption. ⸻ 6. SECURITY SCREENING As a condition of entry or continued attendance, guests may be required to participate in reasonable security procedures permitted by law, including: • ID verification • Bag inspection • Metal detection • Security screening • Lawful pat-down procedures Refusal to comply with required security screening may result in denied entry. No refund will be issued when admission is denied because an attendee refuses required security procedures. ⸻ 7. PROHIBITED ITEMS Unless specifically authorized by venue management, prohibited items may include: • Weapons • Firearms • Illegal substances • Outside alcohol • Fireworks or explosives • Dangerous objects • Items reasonably determined by security to create a safety risk • Any item prohibited by Coco Bongos Nightclub or applicable law Possession of a prohibited item may result in denial of entry, confiscation where lawful, removal, or contact with law enforcement. ⸻ 8. CONDUCT Guests must behave in a safe and lawful manner. The following may result in immediate removal: • Fighting • Threats • Harassment • Sexual harassment or unwanted contact • Theft • Vandalism • Dangerous behavior • Throwing objects • Interfering with security or Event operations • Attempting to enter restricted areas • Excessive intoxication • Illegal activity • Providing alcohol to minors • Failure to comply with reasonable instructions from Event staff, venue employees, or security Removal for violation of Event rules is WITHOUT REFUND, except where otherwise required by law. ⸻ 9. RIGHT TO DENY ENTRY / REMOVE GUESTS Venue management and authorized security personnel reserve the right, subject to applicable law, to: • Deny admission • Refuse continued entry • Remove individuals whose conduct violates Event or venue policies • Refuse admission when reasonably necessary for safety, security, capacity, legal, or operational reasons Ticket ownership does not override lawful venue capacity, safety regulations, or entry requirements. ⸻ 10. EJECTION, BAN & TRESPASS Guests who violate venue rules, Event policies, or applicable law may be removed. Individuals may also be prohibited from attending future Denver Partys events or entering the venue where legally permitted. Once an individual has been lawfully directed to leave the property, remaining on or attempting to re-enter the property without authorization may constitute trespassing. Law enforcement may be contacted when appropriate. ⸻ 11. CAPACITY & WAIT TIMES Purchasing a ticket does not override: • Venue capacity • Fire-code restrictions • Government orders • Security requirements • Legal requirements • Safety requirements Entry may temporarily pause if venue capacity or operational conditions require it. Lines and wait times may occur. Guests are encouraged to arrive early. ⸻ 12. FORCE MAJEURE / EVENT INTERRUPTION The Event Parties are not responsible for interruptions, postponements, relocation, schedule changes, or shutdowns arising from circumstances reasonably outside their control, including: • Government orders • Law-enforcement action • Fire department or fire marshal orders • Power or utility failures • Severe weather • Natural disasters • Emergencies • Safety incidents • Civil disturbances • Venue emergencies • Acts of God • Other circumstances reasonably beyond Event control When these situations occur, ticket remedies, if any, will be determined in accordance with applicable law and the applicable ticketing or Event policy. ⸻ 13. THIRD-PARTY CONDUCT The Event Parties cannot guarantee or control every action of every attendee, rideshare driver, nearby business, vehicle owner, unauthorized third party, or member of the public. Guests remain responsible for exercising reasonable judgment regarding their own conduct and personal safety. ⸻ 14. PERSONAL PROPERTY Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Event Parties are not responsible for unattended, lost, misplaced, stolen, or damaged personal property except where liability cannot legally be excluded. Do not leave valuables unattended. ⸻ 15. TRANSPORTATION Attendees are responsible for arranging safe transportation to and from the Event. The Event Parties do not guarantee: • Parking availability • Rideshare availability • Public transportation • Transportation timing • Vehicle security outside areas under their control DO NOT DRINK AND DRIVE. ⸻ 16. MEDICAL & HEALTH ACKNOWLEDGMENT The Event may include: • Intense sound • Loud music • Flashing or strobe lighting • Fog or haze • Dense crowds • Extended standing or dancing Guests are responsible for determining whether they can safely participate. If you experience or witness a medical emergency, immediately notify security, venue staff, Event staff, or emergency services. ⸻ 17. PHOTO / VIDEO / EVENT RECORDING Photography and video recording may occur throughout the Event. By entering areas where Event recording is taking place, attendees acknowledge that incidental crowd photography or video may occur. Where permitted by law, Event media may be used for legitimate promotional, documentary, advertising, social-media, or archival purposes. ⸻ 18. DAMAGE CAUSED BY ATTENDEE Attendees may be held responsible, to the extent permitted by law, for damage or loss they intentionally or unlawfully cause to venue property, Event equipment, staff property, or the property of others. ⸻ 19. COMPLIANCE WITH STAFF Guests must follow lawful and reasonable directions from: • Venue management • Security personnel • Emergency personnel • Denver Partys staff • Authorized Event personnel Failure to comply may result in denied entry or removal without refund. ⸻ 20. SEVERABILITY / APPLICABLE LAW If any provision of these Conditions of Entry is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions are intended to remain effective to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these Conditions is intended to waive liability, consumer rights, statutory protections, or legal obligations that cannot lawfully be waived. ⸻ BY PURCHASING A TICKET OR ENTERING THE EVENT, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREED TO THESE CONDITIONS OF ENTRY.
