What’s yours? 🤫 BINDING AGREEMENT & CONDITION OF ENTRY By entering, attending, participating in, or purchasing a ticket to any Denver Partys event held at or in partnership with Coco Bongos Nightclub (the “Event”), you expressly acknowledge and agree that: * This is a private entertainment event. * Your attendance is voluntary. * You have read, understood, and agreed to ALL terms herein. * Your presence constitutes acceptance of this Agreement. For purposes of this Agreement, Denver Partys and Coco Bongos Nightclub, together with their respective owners, members, managers, employees, agents, security personnel, contractors, vendors, affiliates, performers, representatives, and related parties, may collectively be referred to as the “Event Parties.” Failure to comply with any provision may result in denial of entry, immediate removal, permanent ban, and/or law enforcement involvement WITHOUT REFUND. This Agreement is intended to be as broad, enforceable, and protective as permitted under applicable law. ⸻ 1. ASSUMPTION OF RISK Attendance at the Event involves inherent, known, and unknown risks, including but not limited to: * Loud music, amplified sound, and bass vibration * Strobe lights, lasers, and flashing lighting effects * Fog, haze, smoke, and atmospheric effects * Large crowds, pushing, shoving, and physical contact * Slip, trip, and fall hazards * Uneven, wet, crowded, or dark surfaces * Weather conditions and environmental factors * Actions, negligence, or misconduct of other attendees, performers, vendors, contractors, staff, or third parties You knowingly and voluntarily assume the risks associated with attending the Event, including the risk of: * Injury, illness, disability, or death * Property loss, theft, or damage ⸻ 2. SAFETY ACKNOWLEDGMENT Denver Partys and Coco Bongos Nightclub do not guarantee that attendance at the Event will be free from risk or injury. You acknowledge that: * Security measures cannot eliminate every possible risk. * The actions of individual attendees and unrelated third parties cannot always be anticipated or controlled. * You are responsible for exercising reasonable judgment regarding your own safety and conduct. * You must comply with all instructions provided by venue staff, Event staff, and security personnel. Attendance is voluntary and subject to the risks inherent in a nightlife and entertainment environment. ⸻ 3. AGE POLICY — STRICTLY 18+ * The Event is STRICTLY 18+. * Valid government-issued identification may be required for entry. * Anyone under eighteen (18) years of age will be denied entry WITHOUT REFUND. * Entry may be refused if identification cannot be reasonably verified. * Attempted entry using false, altered, borrowed, or fraudulent identification may result in removal and/or notification of law enforcement. Individuals must be 21 years of age or older to purchase, possess, or consume alcoholic beverages. ⸻ 4. PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY You are responsible for: * Your actions, conduct, and decisions * Your physical and mental condition * Your personal belongings * Following venue rules and Event policies To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Event Parties are not responsible for: * Lost, stolen, misplaced, or damaged personal property * Personal disputes or voluntary interactions between attendees * Property left unattended ⸻ 5. ALCOHOL & SUBSTANCE POLICY Denver Partys does not independently sell, serve, distribute, or supply alcoholic beverages unless legally authorized to do so. Alcohol service at Coco Bongos Nightclub, if available during the Event, is controlled by Coco Bongos Nightclub and/or its properly licensed alcohol-service personnel in accordance with applicable law. This Event is NOT BYOB unless expressly stated otherwise. You acknowledge that: * Individuals under twenty-one (21) years of age may NOT purchase, possess, or consume alcohol. * Providing alcohol to anyone under 21 is prohibited. * Outside alcohol is prohibited unless expressly authorized. * Illegal drugs and unlawfully possessed controlled substances are STRICTLY PROHIBITED. * Venue staff may refuse alcohol service at their discretion and as required by law. Individuals remain responsible for their own conduct and consumption. ⸻ 6. ZERO TOLERANCE — MINORS, INTOXICATION & ILLEGAL ACTIVITY The Event maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding unlawful activity. * Minors possessing or consuming alcohol may be immediately removed and may be referred to law enforcement. * Providing alcohol to a minor may result in immediate removal and law-enforcement involvement. * Excessive intoxication may result in refused service, denied entry, or removal WITHOUT REFUND. * Fighting, drug activity, theft, vandalism, or other unlawful conduct may result in immediate removal and law-enforcement involvement. ⸻ 7. SECURITY, SEARCH & ENTRY CONSENT As a condition of entry, attendees may be required to submit to reasonable security procedures, including: * ID verification * Bag checks * Metal detection * Security screening * Pat-downs conducted in accordance with applicable law Refusal to comply with required security screening may result in denied entry. Venue management and security reserve the right, subject to applicable law, to: * Deny entry * Refuse admission * Remove individuals whose conduct violates Event or venue policies * Refuse entry when reasonably necessary for security, safety, capacity, legal, or operational reasons ⸻ 8. PROHIBITED ITEMS The following are prohibited unless specifically authorized: * Weapons of any kind * Firearms * Illegal substances * Outside alcohol * Glass containers * Fireworks or explosives * Large bags or backpacks * Dangerous objects * Items prohibited by Coco Bongos Nightclub * Any unlawful item Possession of a prohibited item may result in: * Denied entry * Immediate removal * Permanent ban * Law-enforcement involvement where appropriate ⸻ 9. CONDUCT & BEHAVIOR POLICY There is zero tolerance for: * Fighting * Aggressive, violent, or threatening behavior * Harassment * Sexual harassment * Unwanted physical contact * Theft * Vandalism * Dangerous conduct * Interfering with staff or security * Failure to comply with lawful instructions from venue staff or security Violations may result in immediate removal WITHOUT REFUND. ⸻ 10. EJECTION, BAN & TRESPASS ENFORCEMENT Denver Partys, Coco Bongos Nightclub, venue management, and authorized security personnel reserve the right to remove individuals who violate venue rules, Event policies, or applicable law. Individuals may also be banned from future events or from the venue where permitted. Once an individual has been lawfully directed to leave the property, attempting to remain on or re-enter the property without authorization may constitute trespassing under applicable law. Law enforcement may be contacted when appropriate. ⸻ 11. CAPACITY LIMITS & ENTRY CONDITIONS Entry remains subject to: * Venue capacity * Fire-code limitations * Governmental restrictions * Safety requirements * Security requirements * Valid identification * Ticket validity * Compliance with Event and venue policies Purchasing a ticket does not override lawful capacity limits, governmental orders, safety requirements, or venue regulations. Lines and wait times may occur. ⸻ 12. FORCE MAJEURE / EVENT DISRUPTION The Event Parties are not responsible for interruptions, postponements, relocations, or shutdowns resulting from circumstances outside their reasonable control, including: * Law-enforcement action * Fire marshal orders * Government orders * Safety closures * Power outages * Severe weather * Natural disasters * Utility failures * Emergencies * Acts of God * Civil disturbances * Unforeseen circumstances affecting the venue or Event Where an Event cannot proceed as scheduled, tickets may, where permitted by law and applicable ticketing terms, be transferred or honored for a rescheduled or future Event date. ⸻ 13. THIRD-PARTY ACTIONS To the fullest extent permitted by law, Denver Partys and Coco Bongos Nightclub are not responsible for unauthorized or unforeseeable actions of independent third parties, including: * Other attendees * Performers * Artists * DJs * Vendors * Independent contractors * Outside promoters * Third-party service providers Attendees accept the ordinary risks associated with interacting with other individuals in a nightlife environment. ⸻ 14. TRANSPORTATION & OFF-SITE LIABILITY The Event Parties are not responsible for: * Transportation to or from the Event * Parking away from Event-controlled property * Rideshare transportation * Actions occurring before arrival or after departure * Incidents occurring outside areas controlled by the Event Parties Attendees are responsible for arranging safe transportation. DO NOT DRINK AND DRIVE. ⸻ 15. MEDICAL & HEALTH ACKNOWLEDGMENT You acknowledge that the Event may include: * Intense sound * Loud music * Flashing or strobe lighting * Fog or haze effects * Dense crowds * Extended periods of standing or dancing You are responsible for determining whether you are physically able to safely attend. If you experience a medical emergency, immediately notify security, venue staff, Event staff, or emergency services. Nothing in this Agreement eliminates any obligation imposed by applicable law. ⸻ 16. ADULT ENVIRONMENT DISCLOSURE This is an adult-oriented nightlife event. The environment may include: * Explicit music * Explicit language * Suggestive performances or behavior * Dancing * Alcohol consumption by individuals 21+ * Loud music * High-energy nightlife conditions By voluntarily attending, you acknowledge the nature of the environment. ⸻ 17. MEDIA RELEASE By entering areas where Event photography or videography is taking place, you acknowledge that you may be photographed, filmed, or recorded. To the fullest extent permitted by law, you grant Denver Partys and Coco Bongos Nightclub permission to use Event photographs, video footage, audio recordings, and other media containing your likeness for lawful: * Promotional * Advertising * Social-media * Commercial * Archival * Event-recap purposes No compensation will be provided for ordinary incidental appearance in Event media. ⸻ 18. SURVEILLANCE & LAW-ENFORCEMENT COOPERATION You acknowledge that Coco Bongos Nightclub and/or the Event may utilize: * Security cameras * Video surveillance * Photography * Security personnel * Other lawful monitoring measures Denver Partys and Coco Bongos Nightclub may cooperate with law enforcement and governmental authorities when legally required or reasonably appropriate. ⸻ 19. REFUND POLICY ALL SALES ARE FINAL, except where a refund is required by applicable law or expressly authorized by the ticketing provider or Event organizer. Refunds ordinarily will not be provided for: * Removal resulting from policy violations * Denied entry resulting from invalid identification * Failure to meet age requirements * Possession of prohibited items * Misconduct * Personal dissatisfaction * Artist, DJ, performer, or lineup changes * Voluntary failure to attend * Lines or wait times Refunds, credits, transfers, postponements, and rescheduled-event policies remain subject to applicable law and the terms presented at the time of purchase. ⸻ 20. LIABILITY WAIVER & INDEMNIFICATION TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY COLORADO LAW, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume the inherent risks associated with attending the Event. You agree not to hold the Event Parties responsible for losses or injuries resulting solely from risks inherent to the Event or from your own unlawful, reckless, or negligent conduct, except where liability cannot legally be waived. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Denver Partys and Coco Bongos Nightclub from third-party claims, damages, costs, or expenses resulting from your own: * Unlawful conduct * Intentional misconduct * Violation of this Agreement * Damage to venue property * Injury or damage caused by you to another person Nothing in this Agreement is intended to waive liability that cannot lawfully be waived. ⸻ 21. DISPUTE RESOLUTION / ARBITRATION / CLASS ACTION WAIVER To the extent permitted by applicable law, disputes arising from ticket purchase or attendance may be subject to individual binding arbitration rather than litigation in court. Where legally enforceable, attendees agree to pursue claims individually and not as a plaintiff or class member in a purported class, collective, or representative proceeding. Any arbitration requirement is subject to applicable federal and Colorado law and any separate ticketing-platform terms governing the transaction. ⸻ 22. SEVERABILITY If any provision of this Agreement is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary. The remaining provisions shall continue in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law. ⸻ 23. GOVERNING LAW This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where federal law controls. ⸻ FINAL ACKNOWLEDGMENT By purchasing a ticket, entering, or voluntarily attending the Event, you acknowledge that: * You have had the opportunity to review these terms. * You understand the Event’s rules and conditions. * You voluntarily assume the inherent risks associated with attendance. * You agree to comply with venue, Event, security, alcohol, and conduct policies. * You understand that violations may result in denied entry or removal without refund. * You agree to these terms to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
